easyGym approached us to be their digital marketing partner in late 2013. An easyGroup brand, they boast fifteen gyms across the country with more on the way. Our goal was to completely transform their digital marketing offer, grow their membership and retain existing members.

Through data analysis and user research, we ascertained what a great gym website needs to do. As an online business, members sign up through the site – it’s essential to their success. Wanting to offer a true insight into what the gyms are like before visiting, we included social features, improved their service levels and implemented virtual tours with Google Street View.

easyGym always had an instantly recognisable brand, but it was a little misaligned with their values. We needed to communicate their true identity, so we overhauled everything from their photography to their typography. The result – a slick modern aesthetic, repositioning them as a premium gym that welcomes everybody.

We oversee their entire digital marketing mix, from PPC and SEO to their social media and content marketing. We’re actively involved in every new gym launch, working with influencers and carrying out PR campaigns to enhance their overall reputation. We’re well on our way to establishing easyGym as one of the biggest and best gym brands in Europe.
