Despite their distinct value proposition, aspirational customer base, and industry-leading position, their website lacked engagement and failed to convert visitors effectively. With ambitious growth plans, they required a scalable digital platform and an impactful website that would set the standard for the sector.
The key challenge was to create high-traffic, high-value pages that reflect BigChange’s status as a market leader, showcase the power of its product and features, and drive conversions on a flexible, future-proof platform.

Content benchmarking revealed opportunities to simplify the brand’s language for greater accessibility, refocus messaging on the platform’s strengths, and ultimately improve engagement.
Webflow was selected as the foundation for the new website due to its flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and speed to market. Webflow’s robust functionality provided the perfect balance of design freedom and technical capabilities, enabling the creation of a dynamic, scalable website. Its intuitive interface empowered BigChange’s internal team to manage updates independently, ensuring long-term efficiency and agility.
