Hisense are one of the largest manufacturers of white goods and consumer electronics in the world. Most recognisable in China for their market leading televisions, they’ve expanded to Australia, the USA, the rest of Asia and Europe. Looking to branch into the UK marketplace, Hisense required a new website to help establish them as a reputable brand and initially introduce their range of refrigerators.
As Hisense grew, more of their products started to migrate across to the UK, and we were always alongside to aid this process online. We designed a clear, easy to navigate website that incorporated Hisense’s strong branding and powerful product imagery. We developed an intelligent product building system as well as an intuitive ‘quick view’ option to see more information at a glance.
User experience was at the forefront of the design and we created a fully responsive website to work across all devices, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. As well an elegant way of displaying their products, we also developed a comprehensive support section featuring FAQs, manuals, product registration and warranty information.
Our work with Hisense hasn’t stopped with just the design and development of the UK website. On top of our ongoing support, we have also supported Hisense Global in bringing our fresh look and considered usability to their customers all around the world.
