We’re looking for a talented Digital Account Executive to join the Parallax team. Ideally, a digital native who’s passionate about technology, highly organised and a friendly individual.

Job Description

The role is ideal for someone who’d like to work with a mixture of B2B and B2C clients on a variety of projects. You’ll be working closely with the account management team on interesting and game-changing projects, but also on Parallax’s own ongoing digital strategy.

The role also includes varied work across the agency. You’ll be liaising with the different teams and clients directly to fulfil the requirements of a range of projects and campaigns.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through face to face meetings, phone calls and email
  • Carrying out quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
  • Monitoring all stages of projects to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
  • Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
  • Offering ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and deliver better projects
  • Keeping yourself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity
  • Working with your supervising account manager, proactively managing a portfolio of client programmes and campaigns, ensuring on-going performance to target metrics
  • Liaising directly with colleagues to assist in the smooth running of campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights as directed by your supervising account manager
  • Identify growth opportunities for both our clients and the agency
  • Develop an awareness of key digital industry trends. Gain an appreciation of their influence on the development, management & strategy for our clients.
